Monty's is based in British Columba, Canada and ships orders across Canada, the US and Internationally.
Canada Post Strike
Due to the nationwide Canada Post Strike we are currently unable to fulfill international orders or those to Nunavut, Northwestern Territories or the Yukon and are only able to fulfill shipments within the other Canadian Provinces and the US.
We are unable to ship to PO boxes.
Orders are still shipping out using courier (UPS, GLS, Purolator, FedEx or Canpar) at no extra cost to you.

We aim to get all customer and wholesale orders fulfilled and shipped in 1-3 business days.

Take advantage of a flat rate standard shipping fee of $12.00 CAD on your order or free standard shipping on orders $100.00+ CAD. Orders will ship by Canada Post, DHL, FedEx or Canpar depending on rates and destination.
AB, MB, NB, NL, NS, PEI, QC, SK
Take advantage of a flat rate standard shipping fee of $15.00 CAD on your order or free standard shipping on orders $100.00+ CAD. Orders will ship by Canada Post, DHL, FedEx or Canpar depending on rates and destination.
YK, NU, NT
Take advantage of a flat rate standard shipping fee of $20.00 CAD on your order or free standard shipping on orders $100.00+ CAD. Orders will ship by Canada Post.
United States
Enjoy flat rate standard shipping fees on your order of $14.00 CAD or FREE standard shipping on orders $100.00+ CAD . Orders will ship by Canada Post, DHL, FedEx or UPS depending on rates and destination.
International
Our integrated shipping calculator will calculate the shipping cost of your order based on destination and package size so you get the best deal possible. If you would like your package to be trackable, please select a tracked package option at checkout.
US + International Orders
Monty's is not responsible for customs fees, duties, taxes or delays for international orders. Any and all fees are the responsibility of the customer. Monty's cannot issue refunds if the customer refuses to cover all the customs fees of their order and the box is returned.
It is possible that a delay in your delivery could occur due to customs. If you did not select to have tracking on your order, there is unfortunately no way for us or you to see where the package is located or what customs office it is being held at. If you require tracking of your item, please ensure you choose a TRACKED international shipping option at checkout.
Returns
At Monty's, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We understand that sometimes, issues may arise with your order. Due to the nature of the products we sell, we have established the following Return Policy:
1. Returns and Exchanges Policy:
We regret to inform you that, except for damaged or defective items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any products sold on our website.
If an item arrives damaged, please send an email to zoe@montysbags.com with photographic proof of the damage and we will happily assist you.
2. Damaged or Defective Items:
In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged or defective product, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund. Please follow these steps:
- Contact our Customer Support Team within 7 days of receiving your order at zoe@montysbags.com
- Provide clear photos of the damaged or defective product, along with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
- Our Customer Support Team will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return or replacement process.
3. Eligibility for Returns:
As mentioned earlier, we only accept returns and exchanges for damaged or defective items. Any requests for returns or exchanges for any other reason will not be accepted.
4. Refunds:
If your request for a refund is approved due to a damaged or defective item, we will process the refund to the original payment method used to place the order. Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
5. Shipping Costs:
If you are returning a damaged or defective item, or returning due to personal preferences or change of mind, customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product.
6. Cancellation Policy:
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.
