For use in Canada only. Made from cornstarch, PLA and PBAT, these bags are certified for commercial composting only and are not suitable for home composting. Under appropriate commercial composting conditions, they are designed to break down within approximately 3 to 6 months.  

Acceptance of compostable bags and pet waste varies by municipality, and suitable facilities may not exist in your area. Always check your local disposal requirements before placing them in an compost or green bin. If commercial composting is unavailable or pet waste is not accepted, please dispose of the bag in your regular garbage or black bin, where applicable.

What if my city doesn’t accept compostable poop bags?
Composting rules vary by municipality, and some organic waste programs don’t accept pet waste or compostable bags. If yours doesn’t, simply dispose of your used bag in the regular garbage according to your local guidelines.
